From £10,000 to £100m as experts decide it is a da Vinci

A drawing has jumped in value from £10,000 to £100m after art experts decided it was drawn by Leonardo da Vinci. The artwork was previously attributed to an anonymous German artist, however after a year long study, experts now believe the Nuptial Portrait of a Young Woman was instead drawn by the Renaissance master.

Experts gather for pain conference in Scotland

More than 5,000 medical and scientific experts have gathered in Scotland for the 12th World Congress on Pain. It is the biggest conference being hosted by Glasgow this year. Delegates include scientists, medical professionals, students, nurses, psychologists and physical therapists are all taking part in the event, which will look at different types of pain and techniques for managing it.The congress has previously been held in Paris, Hamburg, Florence and Sydney.click here for full story
